    Cycle questions, advice needed?

I am 26 years old have been training for a year and a half now. Started at 300lbs got down to 212, but didn't like the results. My diet is in check but don't know my BF%. Might have a false positive due to some excess skin. I am right now at 232lbs and started at 220, probably carry alot of water. I decided in aug to run winny by itself for 12 weeks(stupid I know, but wasn't ready for pins). Results were ok, but now I have decided to run a real cycle. I am currently in week 5 of my cycle and just looking for some advice on my cycle plan. What I have planned looks like this.

Plan to do a 16 week cycle.
    week 1-4 300mgs test cyp
    week 5-7 600mgs test cyp
At week 7-16 600mgs test cyp and add winny 50mgs a day.
    PCT - week 1 and 2 40mg a day nolvadex
week 3 and 4 40mg nolvadex every other day.

How does this cycle look? Wasn't planning on using anything else besides everything that I already have, do I need anything else? Also how much cardio is needed?

Well you start a cycle then ask.NOT GOOD you only been in the gym a 1 1/2 yrs not ready for aas.Seems like you are looking for a short cut.AAS isnt a diet aid and for the record you dont ramp your dosage.Just keep it the same beginners at 500mg per week.Sounds like you need cardio not aas beacuse with wat you are talking about.Excess bf you could develope problems.High BP gyno not fun.

I've been a gym rat for over 30 years when I did my first cycle. I ended up getting so much stronger that I went bananas and hurt my shoulder trying to overhead press too much weight. It takes years for your connecting tissues to catch up to your muscles. AAS acts on your muscles MUCH faster then they work on your connecting tissues. Be careful bro. You're gonna get strong. Don't go bananas like me and try a weight that can hurt you. Normally, I tell people to get to the gym for at least 3 to 5 years before they hit AAS. It takes about that long for your connecting tissue to catch up to your muscles.
