does anyone else get the runs during the first week?
high protein diets yield more gas and more frequent trips to the bathroom...you can try to minimize this by getting the majority of your protein from solid food as opposed to shakes...i find if i drink too many shakes over the course of the day i have worse smelling gas and need to shit more as well...solid food takes longer to be digested and the protein absorption is slower and more constant than drinking a fast acting shake.
Shit bro, I'm on the can after 2-4 of my 8 meals on cycle.
I dont really feel like myself if i dont take at least 2 big dumps/day.
When im on, its like 4-6 medium sized dumps-still enjoyable though
