get the book anabolic primer it has some really good advice for starters and more advanced lifters, I just asked the same in my thread seeming how there is a bunch of vets on here that know what there doing, from what i understand use test as a foundation then start adding things such as d bol whinny and see how you react to is also when you add them like midway or even later makes a big deference, pct is very important, no one wants bitch tits!
Run test only at 500mg a week.The reason you want to run only 1 compound is if you have any problems you know wats causing it.Plus being your 1st cycle if your diet is good you will grow like a weed.Make sure you run a Ai like Adex and run nova and clomid for a pct.Have all in hand before you start.

Q. - what is the "BEST" way to split up your D-Bol? half dose before workout and the other half dose after workout? or half dose before workout and half dose 12 hours later? the answer will benefit both the OP and others reading.
If your running two tabs I would dose 12 hours apart. As long as this doesn't affect your sleep. But as songdog said u should run test only so u know how your body reacts to this added test.
