    what to use

Hi everyone, I am 39 years old, 5' 9" , 165 lbs and i do not know my bf %. I do not have a strict diet but i am trying to eat the best i can.
I recently started a gym 5 months ago after a 6 year absence. I am looking to get toner (harder, cut, define) as oppose to bigger. I have no history of illness but i would like the safest method. Need advice on using natural supplements or something stronger. Thanks.

Get your diet completley sorted out that will help you the most. "something stronger" I am assuming you mean AAS would be a waste right now.

Whey/casein protein are good. Creatine. Amino acids. Your body is built at the dinner table. No matter what you take you will be skinny or Fat and weak if you don't eat right no matter what you take on the side. Head over to the nutrition forum to get your diet in check, build a good base, then maybe look into something more

Wat you need is a good diet.Hit the diet section post your diet with macros and tell them wat you want to do.You need only supps at this point beacuse 1 you have no time in the gym= no base. You are also to light do to no gym time and diet.I would start off with Whey protien and creatine if you want with a good multi vitamin. There are plenty of others but I would just start out with these to get started.Good luck.

5 months isn't enough time for your connecting tissue to strengthen up. You'll get really strong on AAS. You can hurt yourself if your body isn't ready. You should be in the gym regularly for a few years before you start on AAS.
