    Workout recovery?

I am taking 400 Deca and 600 test a week and 4 iu HGH a day. I have ramped up my workout. But I was told this set up would not leave me sore during recovery. I am still feeling workouts from three days ago. Was I just told BS or am I doing something wrong?

#1 is this your first cycle?
#2 whoever told you that you wont get sore is full of BS or doesnt know how to work out. If you dont get sore at all then you arent doing something right or it's time to change things up.

There are time, days yes but on average, for the most part, NO. If you aren't getting sore then you aren't tearing down your muscle and if you aren't tearing down your muscle it inst healing and growing.

I have a buddy who has worked out forever. He says he never gets sore anymore. That's why it didnt take me long at all to pass him up. You have to change up your routine frequently, ever 90 days or so. Switch from bar to dumbbell or machine. Change the routine from push/pull to pull/pull and other changes.

It's not bad, if it's working for you stick with it for a while but even the length should be switched around.

It's my first cycle using Deca. I have been on test and HGH or six months. Thank you for your help. I thought. He was full of BS, but I was hoping he was right.

The bio-mechanics of muscle movement during extreme exercise cause them to micro-tear. You've injured yourself, in a way. Your body repairing this micro-injury cause the muscles to grow and get stronger. I don't get sore very often but when I go extremely hard I get sore. I did a drop set on the bench 325x10, 305x10, 285x10, 265x10, 245x10x 225x10, 205x10, 185x10, 165x10, 145x10 with no rest between sets except to change the weights. My chest was sore the next day. Felt really good. Guys will legs until they throw up and they get sore the next day. The AAS helps put nitrogen into the muscles and helps them grow but doesn't really stop the micro-tears. If you want to grow you have to push hard and literally (micro) tear your muscles up.

Coolhand, you are killing me my man! haha...

I remember last month you wanted a trainer and a good gym. I tried to help but you said the gym was too far and you just wanted to be fit. Not huge or anything. Can't remember some of your other posts but i have to ask, what are you trying to accomplish exactly? For someone that just wants to be fit those are some serious compounds you are putting in your body. On top of that, you are complaining about being sore. Am i correct?
Being sore and tired(at times) is part of the game. And who in the world would suggest that you use all that juice anyways? You're jumping in way too fast imo.

Well I found a good trainer at my gym. As I have said many times I want to grow my arms to catch up to my chest, back and shoulders. This will likely be my only cycle. Unless I fell I want a bit more. Then I will go into maintain mode.
