what would you think its best for a first time user for clen? my personal trainer wants me to do clen for straight 6 weeks and start with lets say 20-40mcg at the first week and then higher the dose every week till i am up at 120mcg for the last week? what is better 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off or this 6 week straight? when i heard it i though is that safe:O? but what do you guys think?
