Need Help Quick!
Hello there, I'm looking to start my first cycle/dosage. I throw shot put and discus.
My Stats:
Height: 5'11
Weight: 245 lbs
Bench: 255 lbs
Squat: 350 lbs
Vertical: 28 inches
I'm looking to do a 4 week cycle and finish the cycle on my biggest meet.
Should I finish my cycle before my meet or should I finish after.
My Cycle:
D-Bol: 30 mgs/a day
EPISTANE: 40mgs/ a day
PCT:
Nolvadex ??mgs/ a day
Clomid ??mgs/ a day
Please help me on finding out what a good PCT for me would be and how I would dose it.
All suggestions are appreciated. With my sport I need alot of strength, so I am trying to put on as much muscle as fast as possible.

Age: 18
BF: 18-20%
(I already have my mind set on doing them. Sorry for being ignorant lol)

terrible, terrible terrible idea,, dbol with 20 percent bf at 18 not the smatest idea

Typically when guys say their bf is 20% its much higher.

It used to be way higher. It was like 26% now it has gone down to like 19% though.

No steroids until your 25 and have a handle of diet and training. At 5'11 245 and 20++ %bf you have a lot of homework to do. The good news is you have a few years to do this homework before cycling. Otherwise you can add permanent endocrine damage to your list of fitness problems.

sorry dude im not kind of into that stuff. I just came here for advice. You wouldn't even recommend like Var or anything else?

Bro - youre 5'11 245 19% at age 18 you dont need steroids your a genetic freak!

You also have a lot of work to do in the gym. At 245 you should be benching much more than 255.

Everyone is trying to be nice and tell you that you are too young. However you keep looking for an answer which no respectable member is going to give you. My suggestion would be to take the advice you are too young at this point and go to the diet and workout sections. You can accomplish a lot on your own.

there is no fast way, dbol will bloat you and water will drop off after the cycle, im not even going into why you shouldnt cycle at 18
you need sort your diet mate plain and simple, i know it isnt what you want to hear but there is no alternative, if you want to step up then in turn you need to be focused and dedicated

learn how to diet and train properly. Something is very of if your 20% bf and your benching your body weight
If people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong
