Sup guys just pinned my last pin for my 12 week test e cycle. I got a head cold and feel like shit. Sore throat, congested. Im starting my PCT next week Thursday. I just wanted to know if i should try to push through and stay in the gym and at the same intensity or should i rest and then get back in the gym? I have made some good gains and am scared that i will start to lose them if im not in the gym. Thanks for the help guys.
