Based on the detailed information you gave, I would say NOTHING! You gotta give info to get info.

would you consider yourself to have a good diet?

what would you generally consume on a daily basis

and how many meals do you eat?

and can you see your abs?

yes. im just starting back up from my injury but i was pretty strict about eating quality carbs, veg & proteins. wild salmon, turkey, organic veg & oats.

i stopped counting calories because whenever i tried to regiment myself strictly it never worked out whereas when i was laid back & just made sure that i ate about 6 times a day i put on 20 pounds over the course of several years.

yes i can see my abs.
