    Bad Cramping...

Ok so now that diet is in check I lost 3 pounds last week. Hopefully I can keep going in that direction. So the problem is that I starded doing cardio 6 days a week and now almost everynight I am getting very bad cramps on my calfs. Bad enough to where they get so stiff and hurt that I cant do cardio anymore. Has anybody dealt with this problem and what did you do to stop it?

Currently not on a cycle and never done one. I've been working out 3 years solid and have lost close to 45 pounds till date. I'm trying to loose weight before I get into anything else.

I drink water thru out the hole day but never really measure how much. How much water should I be drinking? Also if I drink too much water I feel really blodded and seem to slow down on my workouts.

I drink about 5-6 liters of water a day and it seems to work good for me. I find it helps if I always just carry around a 1L nalgene bottle. Helps to monitor the water intake.

Ok so I will try to consume around 2 to 3 gallons of water a day to see if that helps. Any other suggestions?

I have allways been told/read that water intake directly effects cramps...and drink almost two 74.4 oz jugs a day~ never get cramps no matter what diet/training/ IF i am doing...looks like the guys also feel water intake maybe a direct effect as well

.. soda ect are dehydrating, may wanna eval your other liquid intakes as well
    good luck!
