    Joint problems with win...

    Alright guys,
Can including Deca at a low dose offset the problems that some experience whilst taking win?

Winny can dry you out. Drink more water, take more fish oil, glucosime.
    What are your stats?

I'll be upping my water intake to 3-5 litres/day once on. I also have Udos oil, liv 52 and glucosamine ready. Although a couple journals I've read on glucosamine disprove it's effectiveness.

Since you have already done a deca cycle then it should be fine to add in to battle the dry joints. Glucosime works for some people, some it doesnt. Also Deca help some people and same, doesnt others.

Glucosamine helps me. And same for deca , but some people claim that it does nothing for them.
