3 weeks into first cycle , having questions
Week one
1 1/2 cc test,in one side and stayed hard and bruised in that area, hit the gym getting trained by a cross fit trainer 2 days a week and lifting heavy 3 days a week mainly upper body because that's my goal(getting my upper body bigger)
Week two
1 1/2 cc test, opposite side no prob,no hardness no bruising,once again hit the gym hard all week
Getting trained 2 days and lifting heavy 3 days
Week three
2 days ago, 1 cc test, back to same side as the first time, and hard again and sore
And will do the same thing this week
Nutrition
I drink only water
Consume all my protein shakes and bars
Eat only lean chicken and turkey
Snack healthy
Good hearty bfast
Couple beers on weekend
No fried food
30-45 min of cardio everyday
26 years old
225 weight
6'4
trying to build up and cut the fat, to look ripped not body builder just ripped
My question is I'm on my 3rd week
Should I be seeing a lot of results?
Why is that one side getting hard and tender after injection
Am I hitting it hard enough?
How often should I be working the same muscle group?
Mainly not seeing the results I thought I would.
Can I get some help?

Test what???? The long Esters normally take 3-4 weeks to see changes short esters you will see changes week 1-2. how many cals are you taking in each day....
Just a couple things the vets will ask you!
Personally lift 4 times a week hit every muscle group at least once a week.
Also upload pics of your gear maybe someone can tell you if its legit or not MAYBE!

There are several things wrong with what you said.
As for what u are trying to accomplish. You will have the possibility of much better success if you pick one thing and stick to it. Your either cutting or bulking. People think since their on steroids that they can get big and cut at the same time and most end up really accomplishing neither one of them properly. If u want to get bigger you have to eat big, if you want to cut you have to be calorie deficit...see the problem.
As for your nutrition. U shouldn't be consuming that many protein shakes and bars. Most bars have protein but are also packed with sugar. Shake post workout is enough, unless you are traveling and that's the only option. Food is king.
There shouldn't be a few beers on the weekend, the two things don't mix.
I say decide what u really want to do, and post your diet so we can have a look.

Honestly i wouldnt chanege your traiing frequency that much from when your off. I wouldnt hit a body part more than 2 days a week. Just because your testosterone is up four times the normal, doesnt mean your recovery is actually four times the normal. Testosterone/androgen level is really only one factor in recovery. Obviously there are other hormones, enzymes, and factors involved in recovery ie. GH, insulin sensitivity, etc. So dont go tripling or quadroupling your workout effort. MAYBE double it. But even that may be too much. Remember, your taking steroids because you can't recover from workouts your already doing...so why would you increase your inroad to recovery more when your on.
Working a body part once a week may SEEM to little being on steroids....but think about it: Lets say you made gains EVERY WEEK for TEN weeks on each body part. When on earth have you ever had that kinda consistency? That WOULD equate to significant gains, make no mistake.
i think alote of guys overtrain on cycle and hence try to figure out why their drug combo didnt work or "this steroid is weak" etc, when another guy will say "dude, i gained a shit ton on that". Yes, some roids are weak and not productive, and some work better for others, but I think in some cases its more, one guy overtrained, the other guy didnt.

THank you for all the replies maybe I wasn't clear enough on my goals
Right now I have a little of fat around my lower stomach and love handles,
I am doing so much cardio to burn that off but I'm trying to get big in my upper body is my goal
So I need help on what I need to be doing,
Also my diet for example yesterday and today
Woke up ate
Bowl of oatmeal with a scoop of peanut butter and some honey and 4 eggs glass of juice
Snack was a banana
Lunch chicken salad sandwich
Workout then protein shake
Dinner mixed veggies and chicken in skillet meal with spinach as side
With silk milk to drink 90 calories
Water all day
Sleep
Woke up today
Ate oatmeal with peanut butter and honey and 2 waffles with jelly on them
Snack 2 pieces of chicken breast
Water
As you can see I'm trying but need help from the pros
I will try and get the pic of the test up soon but I got it from a friend that's a body builder at the gym so I would think its ligit.

you need to go to the nutrition section here and post your diet. It needs alot of work
As far as seeing gains yet. You didnt say what type of test it is. Or how many mg's it is. ! cc means nothing. Things come different strength per cc.
What size needle are you using to inject?If people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong

I thought cc was the same thing as mg
And I use a 21 gauge needle.
And how does my nutrition need work when all I'm eating is good for you? And a lot of it.
I wish someone would just tell me a good work out program for me

heck yea bro. listen to the vets. they ppst some quality info. this forum is not gonna tell u wat u wana hear. we start at square one n work all the way thru. just b patient n give is the info askd, follow the guideline, or advice n ull c results.
