Week one
1 1/2 cc test,in one side and stayed hard and bruised in that area, hit the gym getting trained by a cross fit trainer 2 days a week and lifting heavy 3 days a week mainly upper body because that's my goal(getting my upper body bigger)
Week two
1 1/2 cc test, opposite side no prob,no hardness no bruising,once again hit the gym hard all week
Getting trained 2 days and lifting heavy 3 days
Week three
2 days ago, 1 cc test, back to same side as the first time, and hard again and sore
And will do the same thing this week
Nutrition
I drink only water
Consume all my protein shakes and bars
Eat only lean chicken and turkey
Snack healthy
Good hearty bfast
Couple beers on weekend
No fried food
30-45 min of cardio everyday
26 years old
225 weight
6'4
trying to build up and cut the fat, to look ripped not body builder just ripped
My question is I'm on my 3rd week
Should I be seeing a lot of results?
Why is that one side getting hard and tender after injection
Am I hitting it hard enough?
How often should I be working the same muscle group?
Mainly not seeing the results I thought I would.
Can I get some help?
