Low dose dianabol and sustanon 8 week course

    Hi guys,

First post here, i have been a reader of the forums for several years and know this is a good knowledgeable community.. So hello everyone!

I have been working out for about 4 years, with a 6 month a couple of years ago due to a rotator cuff injury.

I am 6ft, 160lb, which i know seems very slim but i am extremely leam, i can bench 120kg and curl 32kg each arm.

I have reached my plateu though. I have an unlimited supply of dianabols almost but i would never dream of using these alone.

    I have 5 vials of sustanon 250.

I can get more in 25 days time when i travel to thailand.

Considering my small size, what do you guys think 20mg dianabol + 250mg sust e5d for 25 days, then 250mg sust e3d for a further 5 weeks followed by full PCT.

Do you think this would be worth shutting down my natural test for, i am not looking for an extreme improvement, just a small boost.

I eat a ton and i eat right, 3500 calories a day and i cannot gain any more weight and cannot get past this plateu.

Your advice on this will be greately apprecciated, also any advice on when to start pct and on what dosages, its difficult to find anyone who has done a course similair to this so i am havbing trouble finding out how much nolva/clomid i should take. (also baring in mind i cant get this till 25 days into the course.)

    Age?

I can assure you at 6ft and 160lbs you're not done growing naturally.

Let's see your diet and training...

Also, i realise that e5d is too long for sustanon really, but i am using it more for its long esters, so please just advise what you think about the specified course.

Also, just proof read what i wrote, sorry for it not being perfectly clear. I ofcourse meant 20mg dianabol ED.

    Thanks again.

I train 2 days on 1 day off, different muscle groups.

    I eat 6 times a day.

    2 eggs + oatmeal

brown rice + chicken breast or mackrel

Protein shake ( high protein low cal ), Nuts, banana

Rice and veg ( 45 minute pre workout )

    WORKOUT

    post workout drink ( 500 cals )

Dinner - Usually potatoes or pasta + a protein and veg

Supper - Sandwich ( wholemeal bread, lean chicken or ham )

i knew i would get lots of questions about my diet and i understand peoples scepticism, i have been to the doctor regarding not being able to gain weight, i thought i must have a parasite or something, or there was something wrong with me, but they just said i have an exceptionally high metabolism, and really i get the impression they couldnt give 2 shits as they see it as a positive thing, which i suppose it is! But they offered me no advice or help on how i could gain weight. But i feel i am eating the absoloute maximum i can without being sick.

I know i could ad a couple hundred more calories adding some flaxseed oil to my diet, and i could add lots of cheap calories with sugar filled weight gainers, but i dont want to get this type of weight gain.

Once again thanks for the quick responses, i hope now you know my diet you can better give me advice.

    Thanks

You have almost no protein in your diet and your macros wrong. You should be doing 8-10 egg whites in the morning for starters, 2-3 chicken breasts your second meal. I recon your only getting 120-140g protein a day.

Yeah I count 170g max and thats being generous you need to work out your macros, when you do this you shall see yourself where it is lacking

Like D7M said already, at 6ft 160lbs you have a lot of natural growth left before you consider running anything

You can take as many hormones as you like, without sufficient nutrients your wasting your time

Sort your diet, put on 15lbs - 20lbs naturally then try tell me you needed steroids at 160lbs

Mackrel? That is one oily fish how the heck do you eat that? I use it to catch cat fish

Haha Sorry guys, When i said chicken breast i mean i eat 2 or equivelent.

I worked out my protein daily and i get 180-200 grams, which i thought was sufficient, but if you think it is not then i will take your word for it and try and alter my intakes to more protein, less carbs.

I am not one to ask for advice then not take it, i will hold off starting a course until I have altered my macros and see if it helps.

As for 8-10 egg whites, i will give it a try but i dont know if my miniscule stomach can take it!

Once again thanks guys, i was kind of hoping i would be talked out of this, i think i just needed to hear it from some experts that i can get past with diet alone, and i thought i was getting easily enough protein but seemingly not... so i will try and increase my protein by 50% for a month and see if i can break past my plateu.

I also bought some Jack3d, which helps my get that last rep out, but i had to stop using it because i crashed so hard after, i mean extreme comedown for 4-5 hours after, perhaps i will try another pre-workout to see if it helps me combined with my new HIGHER protein diet.

    Thanks guys.

you don't "need" 8-10 egg whites in the morning but you definitely need more food in your diet bro. try this diet and tweak it for yourself..

    1 Orange

Snack = Banana or Yogurt or Ntrl P Butter --> with 25grams Whey

2 Fillet fish or 15 med shrimp or chicken breast or tuna
    1/2 cup Broccoli
    1/2cup Brown rice
    1 Banana

    WORKOUT

    (during workout)
    25 grams whey isolate
    5 grams BCAA
    5 grams creatine

    (post workout)
    50 grams whey isolate
    10 grams glutamine
    5 grams BCAA
    DAA

    30min later..
    Tuna (no mayo)
    10 Almonds

2 Fillet fish or 15 med shrimp or chicken breast or tuna

wow man, thanks for the effort in that response, i will definately give that diet a try, or as close as i can get.

Never tried supplementing during a workout so that could reap rewards alone.

Thanks a lot again, i really appreciate the advice.
