    *Help with Clen*

    I got a few question about Clen.

    The weight you lose does it come back even if you keep a good diet?

    For ladies, do you take it the same as you would if you was a guy? Wife wants to try something?

    And how long should you take it? PCT need or any other items needed to take clen? Thanks alot guys/gals.

    I don't know where to start on this one. Lets go with stats first for both people thinking about the compound "clen"

    Not trying to overstep the above request for stats...but I will say that based on your questions, Clen is not going to do what you think it will.

    step 1. put down the chips
    step 2. put down the soda
    step 3. clean the rest of your diet up
    step 4. do step 3 for a while then come back and ask the original question

    Not trying to be hard on you but you are really just going to be doing circles in this life if you don't learn how to eat correct first. I am trying to help my neighbor with just that.
    His daughter who is friends with my kids comes over often and when it comes to dinner time.....she runs straight home.....because its not pizza or burgers at my house. My kids eat
    an overall very clean diet. This has to be taught young and then it becomes second nature when your an adult....hopefully.

    That was gonna be my point but I was looking for a nicer way. Thought most of day about how, decided I should have went with your approach.

    Agreed!

    If there was a good diet ongoing then the fat would not be much of an issue. and if diet is good, get thyroid checked out., if thats OK'd then DIET is what you want to work on and later down the road MAYBE somthing like this.
    personally I wount use clen myself, if greentea and other healthy supps like CLA or ALA, etc. wont take the fat off then diet is the issue.

    start out with stuff liek greentea 4-8cups a day it will help with fatloss, energy and hunger.
