Hey Guys,

This isn't for me. Its for a very good friend of mine though. Hes gonna do a sustanon250 cycle for 10 weeks(maybe more depending on what you think)
He was coinsidering doing 30mg of d-bol (ed) the first 4 weeks.

Hes looking to put on some good size, strenght and hopefully lose some bf.

his stats are:

Age:26
Height: 6'2
Weight: 280
BF%: i'd say like 22%
training for: about 11 years
cycle experience: this will be his 3rd.

Works out very intense 4-5 days a week.
* hes already very strong, he just wants to get stronger, and more muscle mass on his frame.

22%bf, id say lower that first of all without steriods
If he just has sust and dbol :
30mg dbol ed 1-4
500mg/week sust broken up in m/w/f injections
clomid

Add EQ 400mg/week and end it off with 6 weeks of Winny 50mg ED....that was my first cycle and I loved it!!! I used Organon Sust 250 Nile amps...I only had 10 of them, but one broke so i ended up with 9...great gains, believe it or not, and NO pain at all!!!

hey Big Rush how many weeks did you run the EQ???
Hes only got 10 vials of sustanon 250.. he was thinking of getting 6-10 more. Would it be fine just to run a sustanon and EQ cycle?

My first cycle was sust only but at 750MG, I would have added 400EQ and lowered it to 500MG a week if i had known better. EQ should be 10 WEEKS
