Hello im 21 130lbs 5"11 I started test e 250mg a week and epidrol 10mg 2xd and I order propecia and nolvadex but still in mail what I need help with is im on my fourth week but not gain any weight just more cut up can someone tell me how my diet should look like what I should eat to gain weight fast

No offence, but you are no where near the level required to start using anabolics. I just suffered a brain aneurism while trying to list everything that is wrong with you starting a cycle.

Listen to asiandude, that's the best advice anyone can give you at this stage

I also recommend you stop cycle and run PCT. first, you're too young and uneducated for any type of aas usage. You would be doing yourself a big favor by stopping cycle and visiting our Nutrition and Workout Sections. Especially the Nutrition Section. Don't take any chances of damaging your endocrine system.

Unfortunately with your base, you're not going to retain any of the gains that you would have made from this cycle. And it is perfectly normal to not experience any gains after only 4 weeks of test enanthate. Glad to see, though, that you are smart enough to heed our advice and stop the cycle now. Wait until you're 25 to use steroids again, and in the mean time you should be determined to build muscle the natural way. You have a great cut physique to start with, by the time you are ready for steroids you're going to look great man.

I think since you are so young you should try our steroid alternatives and use the for a while till you are older and have a better base and understanding of anabolics..They are great products and many people have had great results with them.

yes stop everything,you are 21,all you need is a good meal plan and training routine to meet your goals,and to be consistent with both,i repeat you do not need anything else at this time.

I got one more ? Will four weeks shut down my production if so what can. I do to recover I order 20mg nolvadex but still havnt came what can I n the mean time how long will it take for my test levels to drop real low .cuz I was only due yesterday for the shot to start 5th week

your natural test is already shit down. you dont start the nolva till 14 days after your last shot.

the dosing is the same. Its just in liquid form instead of pill. So just swallow the liquid.

Personally I think those are junk. Will they increase his test, probably. Will they increase his estrogen level, abosolutely. I would just do research on diet/workout, get some good gains and worry about supps later.

you probably should follow gix's advice and take 2 tabs daily for 2wks, then 1 tab daily for 2 wks. which means you need to order more med.

if you want to make do with what you have, and run a slightly compromised routine, then just take 1 tab daily for 30 days.
