    1-AD/4-AD gyno already?

    So listen to this BS..

    I am literally on my 2nd day of this cycle and BOOM, gyno is already kicking in. I have some itching as well as discomfort/mild pain on touch around my left nipple area. I've take this cycle (back in the day) before and never had this problem.

    This is everything I am currently taking..

    100mg of 1-AD
    300mg of 4-AD
    (Suppose to take both twice a day, but I didn't yet today because of the gyno ).
    Fish Oil
    Milk Thistle
    Multivitamins
    Whey Protein
    BCAAs
    Taurine


    Anyone have any advice on what I can take on-cycle to help reduce gyno safely?

    Are you running an AI ? Do you have nolvadex on hand?

    No I'm not running an AI. I didn't think it was necessary during the cycle.

    I need to get some Novla. I just don't have the sources of getting it anymore, so it's more difficult.
