Tell him to go see a doctor first and ask them. BB'ers take thyroid hormones all the time while cycling but most of them probably don't actually have a thyroid disease like your friend. I am not sure of what affects that gear would have on the thyroid but I wouldn't risk it without evidence that supports the use of it. I personally have never heard of any thyroid side effects from using test or others but that is not saying much. A doctor IMO is the person who should be asked this question. There are some docs who frequent this board though so hopefully they will chime in.

I agree.....this is something a doctor who can physically check him out needs to call..not people on a board who can't possibly know the details well enough to say yes or no...

I figured he should see a doctor, but i was wondering if you guys knew the answer. Thats going the tough route of asking a doctor, cuz they're are just gonna try and keep you off AAS anyways man

I agree with the see a dr. However I am almost certain that he recommends that he doesn't do anything. I have a close friend who has had both of his thyroid glands removed and he is on thyroid drugs for the rest of his life. He was also stongly recommended by his family doctor and specialist never to touch AAS', ephepdrine, and clen. So again the best thing for him to do is talk to his doctor.
