need help with eq cycle please!

hey guys, im not new to the site, just been a few years since ive logged in and cant get a response from mods on getting my old account info. anyhow, this will be my second cycle. im 26 years old, 5'9", 160 lbs. 5%BF. I did a cycle a few years back of deca, sust and dbol and had awesome results. the only problem was that the deca shut me down tremendously! at least i think it was the deca. i read and read about pct and somehow missed the point of taking an AI during my cycle. that could also be an issue. so now to get to the point, im looking at running a new cycle of dbol at 25mg/day for 4 weeks, and equipoise at around 300-400mg /wk. only reason im debating on the weekly dosage is that i know i need to run test at 100 or 200 mg/wk higher and im not sure how much would be too much. ill be splitting both up into two injections per week to keep overall injection size down. Problems im running into are; which test? which AI, letro or adex? and hcg during cycle or only post? i liked the sustanon, but ive heard bad things about the unstable effects on blood levels. ive never used a different test and im not sure if maybe enanthate or cypionate would be a better choice. i hear mixed reviews on the adex and letro, mainly that letro is much stronger and effective, yet i see most people leaning towards adex. ive also read to use hcg during my cycle and not for pct. i read in the sticky that hcg is great for pct, so im also conflicted in this aspect. another thing i hear is to run nolva during cycle and clomid for pct? i would like somebody to just straiten me out and try to clear my head. ive been reading so much and have seen so many different thoughts on pct that im totally confused now.
so this is what im thinking...
wks 1-4 dbol 25mg/day
wks 1-10 eq at 300mg week (150mg 2x wk)
wks 1-12 test e or sust? (help here plz) 500 mg wk split 250 2xwk
wks 1-12 Arimidex .25mg EOD
Hcg 500 iu week throughout cycle and 4 weeks pct

pct wks 13-16 nolva 40/30/20/20
clomid 50/50/25/25

i think it was 2003sonicblue. it was about 5 or 6 years ago. my email was ryanjanderson(at)ou.edu. but no longer go to OU so i cant get into that account anymore. in what aspect does Eq suck? ive read good things about it and how its not as suppressive as deca yet with similar gains. not the same structure i know, but similar results. and thoughts on my cycle if i did decide to run the eq? how bout dbol and test e only? i loved the kick start dbol gave me before.

and what is a better alternative to clomid and nolva only pct? if i understand right, they are one in the same, only nolva is much more effective and has less side effects. or maybe im crazy :/

i ran eq at 300 mg/ test e at 300mg,1st cycle and loved it ...not sure what did what but i packed on some muscle and very vascular.i was happy with results.even if it just increases vascularity there is still a place for it in bb world.i was going to run decca for my current cycle but im running 600 mg of eq/500 mg of omnadren/50 mg anadrol daily.chose the eq for the vascularity pre-contest,less water.will see i guess

eq and deca arent even close in results. yes eq will increase vascularty. But most people dont realize thats from increased rbc and blood pressure. and both can be dangerous. EQ will put on very little muscle. Must be run alot longer and at very high doses. Its a complete waste of time and money.

clomid and nolva arent the same. You need both for pct. You can get them from ar-r

wks 1-4 dbol 25mg/day increase to 30
wks 1-10 eq at 300mg week (150mg 2x wk) change this to prop 75-100mg/eod for 4 wks as a kick start until test e spools up.
wks 1-12 test e or sust? (help here plz) 500 mg wk split 250 2xwk use test e
wks 1-12 Arimidex .25mg EOD change to aromasin (stane) 12.5eod and monitor. increase to 12.5ed if sides are present.
Hcg 500 iu week throughout cycle and 4 weeks pct on cycle only. 250iu 2xwk

pct wks 13-16 nolva 40/30/20/20 40/40/20/20
clomid 50/50/25/25 this is ok but you may want to increase first two wks to 75mg
