I'm 5'11" ~220 BF 20-30%???
I used to lift hard all the time. Its been since last summer since I've hit the gym hard. I have some clen and winny now.
Can anyone guide me through this w/ a diet, workout, and cycle info?
I've seen some others offer their advice on here and would love it if someone could take me under their wing.....
