First cycle of test E... a little disappointed
Im 6 weeks in to my test e cycle at 500mg a week. I gained 10lbs in the first three weeks and since then the weight gain has stopped. I havent felt an increase in strenght at all. My sex drive isnt thorugh the roof ( I do get those random boners though) my balls have not shrunk im basically experiencing no sides... positive or negative (besides the 10lbs). I have been taking adex .25mg twice a week to keep estrogen in check. My source has been checked, my diet has been checked, and I have a pretty solid routine. Could I have some under dosed gear? I was really hoping to put on 20lbs but I dont think its going to happen. I was also looking forward to the increased energy and sex drive but havent experienced that yet. Should I up the dosage?

Dude, you're on week 6. The gains just start coming after week 4 or so. Enanthate is a long esther.

You sure that's really test e? Gaining 10 pounds the first few weeks and nothing since week four, that weight gain should be backwards. Anyways it is quite possible it could be an under dosed batch of the ugl

Yeah I know test e takes about 5 weeks to kick in but im going into week 7 here and dont feel any difference. And the ten pounds I gained within the first 3 weeks is kinda odd to me aswell seeing how there was no strenght increase to go along with it.

So you've gained 10 pounds without the strength increase the first few weeks? I thought you meant no strength increase after week four. Something is wrong here because by week 7 you should be feeling good. Maybe your body is reacting differently with the compound, but I would get bloodwork done after you finish your cycle and pct to see how it affected you

Yeah I dont really get it. I did a dbol only cycle a year ago and gained about ten pounds but my strenght was through the roof. I dont really know whats going on here. Hopefully someone has experienced this and can help me out.

even when you gain just water strength MUST go up, it is the way how only one effective legal supplement work, Creatine
more water in muscles = more blood in muscles = more amino acids there = bigger strength = growth
no offence bro, but are your trainings really something that people call "hardcore"? I have been training people for almost 20 years and sometimes when it gets to such problem you finally find out that somebody is doing more cardio training than trainings with real pain.....
trying to be helpful, post here some of your trainings

thats not much of a workout. and you dont work shoulders at all?
If people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong

you can not expect your body to grow if your trainings are SO MUCH LIMITED.....
shoulder is big problem, you can not train hard anything except legs and abs.....
get your shoulder READY again and then do it right
it was mistake to start cycle and expect nice gains and strength increase when you are not 100% ok, your chest for example could get stronger and finally hurt your shoulder even more
now we know what is the problem, I recommend you finish your cycle and get ready for next one when you will be able to do it all right and hit your muscles with 101% intensity!!!
if you asked before you started your cycle, I would recommend you just Deca alone, mild dose and slowly start trainings with your shoulder

Yeah I thought about that. But the thing is I have a decent chest and really wanted to gain size on my back and arms so I figured I could just go ahead with the cycle seeing how I would be focusing on get a wider back and bigger amrs. I can train back and arms hard and it will not hurt my shoulder.

but your not really doing enough for arms either. 2 exercise in not training hard

What's wrong with your shoulder? Are you seeing a physical therapist or a chiropractor?
And I agree, that training regimen isn't exactly hardcore on any body part.

Yeah I did physical therapy for a couple months, had an MRI, all that stuff. The doctor said I have rotator cuff tendonitis. I spent a good amount of time in the workuot section trying to get everything dialed in and I got the green light so I thought this program would work. I do every set to failure and really leave nothing on the table when im done. But im always open to suggestions. Should I drop the number of sets and incorperate different exercises?

back to your original post, something seems very wrong. I have never heard of NO strength gains while on test. Even with a poor workout routine you should be seeing strength gains as far as you are into this cycle. At week 7 i am feeling like a champ and can destroy anything in the gym. If you're not feeling some of that kind of feeling then I am guessing you have a problem with your gear.
I would get blood test now to see what your test levels are like.

The only thing that is going to help your tendon is rest. If you keep working out, you're going to make this injury even worse. You need to keep going to physical therapy for it and possibly get another doctor to look at it. Give it a good month of rest and then see where you're at.

Even if you did have legit gear, your lifting routine is going to seriously hinder you. You need to be performing around 12 sets per muscle group while trying to add mass, and this routine is completely inadequate. If your shoulder is problematic, you should avoid flyes, be very easy on the incline presses, and focus on decline presses, assuming they won't target your particular shoulder injury as much as they will the incline presses and flyes. But shoulders aside, you need to increase your sets and reps for all other muscle groups tremendously.

i am surprised that no one has inquired about his diet...this could be the issue...
OP what is your diet like? (how many meals, what are they, how many calories, and macros?)
OP what are your stats currently (age, height, weight, bf%, cycle history, training history)
-
you want to keep growing you have to eat like your 30 lbs heavier
increase your caloric intake

Well the gear was confirmed by a very reputable vet on this site so I would assume its legit but you never know.
My diet:
Meal 1- Oat shake ( 3 servings of oats, 3 servings of egg whites, scoup of myofusion, and 8oz of 2%
Snack: peanut butter (about 3 servings)
Meal 2- 90% lean ground beef (1.25lb) 1 cup white rice
Snack: more peanut butter
Meal 3: 90% lean ground beef (1.25lb) 1 cup white rice
Meal 4: Oat shake
Snack: asparagus
Before bed: 10oz 2% with 2 scoups of muscle milk
I will some times substitute the ground beef for chicken. I have been eating the peanut butter between meals to keep me full between meals and get more cals and protein in.

Something is definatly wrong here! I just came into week 4 of my test E only cycle at 500mgs/week and I've already gained 7 lean pounds and my strength is through the roof!! On Saturday I broke my flat bench record @315 for 7! 4 weeks ago I could just get 2.....

Blood work needs to be done. When I did my first cycle of Test E. I was getting alot stronger even at week 2. By week 7 I was crushing my old records. Sex drive was crazy. My recovery from training also increased 10fold.
