Hey Guys,
Looking for some help / advice on designing a cycle.
I know what to take and basically how much, it will seem pretty weak to most of you, but I'm not looking to get huge or compete, just maintain a safe level and get in shape for the summer.
Here's what I have and plan on taking:
1. 200mg of Test C or E / week for 10 - 15 weeks
2. 200mg of Tren E / week for 10 - 15 weeks
3. 20mg of Anavar per day for 8 weeks
4. 200mg of EQ / week for ?
5. Oral Winstrol ?
What I'm looking for is how I should I take everything?
What works synergisticly the best with each other, for example I read that taking Winstrol with Tren E is a good idea, because of their synergistic effect.
I'm am very susceptible to gyno, so I don't want to take a lot of gear, also I'm older so my body tends to respond better at lower dosages, I found I don't need the higher dosages.
Last year I did Tren E and Deca just 200mg per week of each and it worked pretty well. I stayed tight, didn't have to diet super hard, and gained 10lbs of quality muscle. I don't particularly care for Deca because anything over 300mg and my "noodle" stops working, although I love what it does for my joints. So looking to take EQ and Anavar this time around.
Also is it waste to take all this together?
Lastly, what would would be a good PCT for this program?
