    Question Is 7 weeks long enough?

    Is 7 weeks with 250mg test e E4D enough to gain 10lbs of muscle considering its my first cycle? I'm 6'4 200, been training solid for 3 years. I wont be able to do it any longer, because i might get tested 3 months after last injection. My calorie intake is about 5000kcals daily and 350g of that is protein.

    using a long ester like test e for only 7 weeks is pointless IMO..u would better off using a short ester like test prop

    So i wouldn't be able to gain 10lbs?

    I might be able to push it to 8 or 9 weeks, depends if my needles arrive fast. They were shipped yesterday.

    ive nvr ran test e for that short of time usally 10 to 12weeks considering test e has a long ester and wont even kick in till week 3 or 4..but hey u can try it and hopefully goes well for u..y do u want to go with test e in this situation tho? prop is the better choice but ud have to inject EOD but as far as the drug testing goes prop will get out of your system much quicker..also wat do u plan for pct?

    Test E is best at 12 weeks. If you can only run 8weeksish, then you should use another test with a different ester imo. Is it possible to gain 10lbs yes. Is it worth running a short cycle, probaly not imo.

    Id also feel that running only 250ml of test e is really low. Why? At a low end Id think 400ml for a first cycle imo.

    alot of guys on here have had success with running only 250mg of test e i dnt think its a bad start to try for first cycle

    its mg not ml.
    also he is doing it every 4th day. so it is higher then 250mg a week
    If people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong

    At your age you can gain this weight naturally and not hurt yourself with some good old fashioned eating and exercise brother. And not have to worry about getting tested.

    you are still young and too be that tall and only 200 lbs means you can go a long way with proper diet no need too cycle yet gain naturally
