Time for my first cycle?
I am wanting to know if you guys think that I am fine to begin my first cycle.
Stats:
28 years old
6'1"
210 lbs
15-16% BF
I have been working out for 15 years, off and on. I have been hitting it serious for the last two years and have just gotten my diet under control in the last six months. I am looking to gain some mass and become more defined. I am looking at doing a Test E only cycle for 12 weeks. Any thoughts or information that anyone could pass along would be great.

Your stats look pretty good man. Running test only is a great start. Make sure you read and read about pct and a.i.'s.

Do you know much about PCT and running an AI on cycle..

cycle is good, get anastrozol or exemestane for AI, and clomid with nolva for PCT

id drop your bf% down to 12 before you did this cycle. You will be much happier with the results.
What are your goals in using the AAS?

After reading some other posts I was starting to think the same thing. I guess I will have to do some more research and try to get a new diet figured out. My goal is to gain mass, preferably lean mass.

You probably wont need 0.5mg of A-dex EOD though. I'm currently running 400mg of test e per week and 0.25mg e3d has been plenty. Depends how your system reacts though. Dropping your bf by a few more % is a good recommendation for reducing the chances of estrogen sides. Get your diet wired well before you start. Develop good eating habits and keep your food intake clean and consistent.

Do you guys have any suggestions on the easiest way to cut BF, such as a sample diet or weekly workout plan? I am currently and have been for the last couple of months, on a high protein diet. Any help is much apperiacted.
