So I have just started week 7 of a 12 week cycle for my first time running tbol at 40mg a day for the first 6 weeks and test e at 500mg/ week for 12 weeks and so far I am up about 30 pounds I've read around and and noticed that most people only are gaining about 25 for a whole cycle. I'm just wondering if I should still be expecting to see more and gains and how much should I expect to loose an what would be the best way to keep as much as I can?
