Hey guys
Thinking bout doin a d Bol only cycle, as I'm scared of pinning but wanting to bulk up, this will be my first cycle.
I'm 33, 73kg, 177cm, bf around 10.
Been training for last 4 years off and on but seriously last 2 years.
I am very active and have a VERY fast metabolisium.
Diet is usually,
Half cup yoghurt with half cup of musli, and a fresh juice (2 sticks celery,
2 apples, 2 carrots, 1/4 beetroot, and some ginger) for breakfast.
1 coffee when I get to work.
Though out the day I'll have 3 chicken salad cheese and mayo sandwiches
On white or multi grain bread, a tin of baked beans, and a banana.
Before training I'll have another banana, straight after training a large protein
Shake. And for dinner a big bowl of either chicken rice and veg, or chicken pasta
Or steak mash and veg.
Any advise on how to fill out a bit more would be great
