    D Bol only cycle

    Hey guys
    Thinking bout doin a d Bol only cycle, as I'm scared of pinning but wanting to bulk up, this will be my first cycle.
    I'm 33, 73kg, 177cm, bf around 10.
    Been training for last 4 years off and on but seriously last 2 years.
    I am very active and have a VERY fast metabolisium.
    Diet is usually,
    Half cup yoghurt with half cup of musli, and a fresh juice (2 sticks celery,
    2 apples, 2 carrots, 1/4 beetroot, and some ginger) for breakfast.
    1 coffee when I get to work.
    Though out the day I'll have 3 chicken salad cheese and mayo sandwiches
    On white or multi grain bread, a tin of baked beans, and a banana.
    Before training I'll have another banana, straight after training a large protein
    Shake. And for dinner a big bowl of either chicken rice and veg, or chicken pasta
    Or steak mash and veg.
    Any advise on how to fill out a bit more would be great

    Forget about the dbol for awhile. Head over to the diet section. Post your diet with the macros. Go from there. Diet is what you should be working on.

    dbol only and you will be completly drained. You probobly wont have any energy.

    As a general rule of thumb it's not good to do oral only cycles. There have been people, including myself, that have run Anavar only cycles. You need test to maintain your endogenous levels in check.

    U will put some strain on your liver. I looked into this first, I wanted to stay away from needles since there is no way I can give myself a shot.

    I'm in luck, my girlfriend is pre Med and will be giving me my shots.

    mate your diet is terrible

    all dbol will do with that diet is bloat you, then water drops off when you stop

    you need to eat

    go to nutrition section and have a look around, see how your diet stacks up to the finished diets you will find there and then go to work on your own diet

    your muscles cant grow if you dont feed them, it really is that simple

    your mentabolism cant be that fast like you think because i had a gf who ate more than that and she was tiny about 5'4 and 110lbs, im not trying take the piss out of you here im trying to put it into perspective for you

    I agree with post above. It's never a good idea to run a dbol only cycle. Use the search feature. You'll find thousands of post on the subject.

    I didn't comment on the diet. But, your diet is weak. I stopped reading at dbol only.

    Even for a cut that's not enough solid food. IMO

    yeah... diet is crap.... watch these vids

    here's a 3000 kcal diet as an example

    if you don't get your diet in line first there is no point

    Your diet is as far as any diet can be from mass muscle building purposes.

    Add your extremely fast metabolism on top of this, you will never gain muscle, even if you were to cycle AAS.

    Listen to everyone who told you not to bother yourself with cycling and sort out your diet first.

    Will you never build any kind of muscle with that diet. Check out the stickies in the nutrition section. Also forget dbol only it isn't going to do anything for you.

    Please do not waste good gear with a Dbol only cycle..
