    Cutting after first cycle input

    Hey guys,

    So I started my first cycle of test e/deca exactly 3 weeks ago tomorrow. So far some good results, nothing crazy but huge jump in libido, lifts are getting way easier, getting a little thicker up top. I can't even imagine when the 4-6week mark comes about since this is when most people say they start to see huge results. I'm going to be running the test e and deca for 12 weeks and then 3 weeks later start pct. Now I just got through a natural bulk and then jumped onto this cycle so I have quite a bit of bodyfat and bloat on me. I just found out that in August I will be going on vacation for a month. Problem is I'll be nice and huge, but fat lol. I know some people say not to jump directly into a cut after you bulk but I think I may have to. I know a month is not a long time but I may as well try and see how much I can lose in a month. I know how to diet and train properly however working with only a month is difficult. Basically what I want to know is if there is anything in terms of a short cycle/fat burners/water retention droppers that you guys would recommend that will help in the one month that I have available to me? Any input would be appreciated. Thank you.

    I recommend that you don't change your cycle right in the middle. Just tighten up your diet. You should be able to get pretty lean through diet rather then through medication. Changing cycles in the middle is not too good for your endo system. Finish your cycle or cut it short, rest, then do a full PCT. Be safe bro.

    the only reason you will get fat on cycle is because of your diet. Eat properly now and it wont be a problem
    If people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong

    Problem is I started this cycle with relatively high body fat. I am keeping it as clean as possible but I still feel like I have a substantial amount of visceral fat when this cycle will be complete since I have a decent amount now. If my pct is fully done by the end of may is it fine to cut in june for one month?

    if you try to cut hard in one month its goin gto effect you. Start cutting now
    If people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong

    The point of this cycle was to put on mass though...I know I'm being kinda selfish wanting to lose bf as well but I will only have the month after the cycle to do a proper type of cut...unless I bulk for 12 weeks and then instead of going into pct extend the cycle until august and do my pct when I am on vacation since ill be working out on my vacation 100% as well as being able to eat properly since I'm going back home In italy. Do yyou guys think that would work? Maybe after the 12th week drop the deca throw in some winny or anavar and cut? Does that work?

    if you have high bf you can still put on muscle and loose some fat on cycle. you dont need to get fatter to put on muscle

    I know and I will keep it clean but what I'm wondering is if I can turn this into an actual cutafter 10-12 weeks and maybe take out the deca and throw in something else? And of course drop calories to around maintenance and throw in some cardio.

    what are they

    my diet is clean 6 meals a day roughly 3500 cals/day...about 360gprotein...high carb low fat...thats to sum it up but my question is not about how my dieting is...I started this cycle at the end of my bulk which was the mistake and now I still have the fat that I need to cut once this cycle is done and that's why I was wondering if I can extend my cycle and basically turn it into a cut after 10-12 weeks of putting on mass or would it be too long to run a cycle?

    you left out some crucial info in bold

    number of meals
    what are they(be specific)
    how many calories
    what are the macros(including carbs and fat)

    you don't need to run a cutter or extend your cycle .... if you've got your diet in check .... everything will work out perfect
