Can a IV lower test levels

Can having a IV full of saline water lower your test levels in your body ?

It will dilute the concentration in your bloodstream a bit, but this won't make any difference.
Why would you worry about this?

it may dilute the concentration in your blood stream per given volume, but the total test amount in the blood will remain the same.
i see no issues with this either. why the concern?

just curious. I had a few Iv's this last week and since I was feeling tired and not the same. Really weak etc... Just trying to rule out stuff.

I kind of figured it would not but wanted to double check. Thanks for the info
