Starting 2nd cycle. Can a pro review dosages for me??

Got all my gear together for my second cycle including all my pct and arimidex and hcg . Can someone confirm my dosages and answer some questions for me before I begin? Going to run 600mg cyp/week for 14 weeks and 60mg of var ed for 8 weeks. Should I put the var in first half, middle, or last half of cycle? .5mg arimidex eod along with 500 hcg/week. Then 18 days after last stick, the traditional clomid/novolex pct. I'm taking A LOT of info from the diet section of this site for my nutrition. This is my first shot at an oral roid. Any sups or additional vitamins I should be taking with it? My stats:
36ys old. 190lb. Bf ~12% Training 20 years/ serious last 5 years.
Want to thank everyone for posting such helpful info, and for all the newcomers to this, listen to all the vets on hear. Sometimes they are alittle harsh but they know their shit and are looking out for your beat intrest. Gather all the info on hear and learn about it. Get a good grasp on your diet and don't skimp out on pct. Then think about a cycle. Do it right the first time.

Definately run var last 8 weeks of cycle and up to the last day before start PCT.. 0.5mg adex may not be necessary.. 0.25 will do to start with and then adjust if necessary.. Always use creatine with anavar 5g/day.. other than that just the normal supps.

Looks good. Run the var at the end and you could run it at 80mgs if you like.

10gms of creatine at the beginning of cycle would be good if you choose to use it.
