3500 calories does not seem like much to be bulking on, specially with AAS. And if you're anywhere near proper experience to use AAS, you should be at a rough average estimate of 180-200 lbs. with 3500 calories you'll only be at maintenance if you're training hard and live an average life. Up your food, from just the nature of the question it seems like you're not super experienced and you're running a hell of a lot of compounds at a hell of a high dosage. Be safe

I won't hi-jack this thread...but this not even close to true. What are you basing this on. You are giving advice and dont even know this persons stats. Some peoples TDEE is only 2500, so 3000 is plenty...how are you making these speculations?

How I said just average person, average height at an average weight who has been training a few years, obviously there are gonna be people that are 5'2" 200 lbs and people that are 6'8" 180 lbs. People who sit in an office all day and have 30 minute workouts and people who work constructioin and have 2 hour workouts. But I do agree with you, his stats are what determine this. If he's on a cut obviously he'll need lower calories, but his original post makes it seem like he wants weight gains. I base this on most of my clients that come to me asking for me to calculate their TDEE and live a normal life with an average amount of physical activity.

    that seems off for 238lbs.

are you using the HB formula or?

not sure how old you are, but I'm coming up with like 3450 cals based on a 35 year old guy with moderate exercise. Which would mean you need to be eating 4000, which explains why your not gaining.

You are taking a load of aas. Have you ever ran this high of test and dbol before. Some of my sides from test have always been that my metabolism feels like its in over drive when I am running it.
