    HELP!! First cycle, can't put on anymore weight.

    Hello all,

    First cycle, first post. I'm a newbie to gear, but have been training naturally for the last 8 years. I started a t-400 cycle 6 weeks ago (gained 10 lbs with dbol kickstart). my strength has increased quite a bit, but I'm having trouble putting on more weight. I'm stuck at 192 lbs. I'm sick of eating haha. I would appreciate any nutrition tips, supplement tips.. I'm also considering trying a different cycle after. Once again, newb to gear, all advice welcome!!! thanks!

    25, I work in camp.. therefore my diet is like clock work. large breakfast at 5 am (eggs, sausage, homefries, fruit), morning meal at 930 am (turkey wrap, egg, bacon), lunch at 12 (chicken, potatoes, or pasta with salad), afternoon meal 3 pm (more chicken and veggies) I consume around 2-3 litres of skim milk daily, equivalent water consumption. I have a whey protein shake around 530pm, preworkout drink at 6, gym at 630, then large meal after workout. it's basically the same routine day in day out for 14 days. Then I go home for 7 days and my diet is shaken up a bit. more spurratic meal times, but i attempt to keep it similar.

    if you want to maximize your gains then you should figure out your TDEE and eat above it.

    Diet looks pretty dirty to me. Too much dairy and fat with the bacon, etc.

    Some of your 10 gained is water unfortunately. What is your BF%?

    I'll be checking on thursday. I haven't checked in a while.

    I had cut out sugar/dairy and lowered fat last year but I was cutting down.

    yep....diet problems brother.

    get your TDEE figured out and eat above that.

    Lay your diet out down to the macro and post it up for people to scrub. It won't contain much dairy i promise. Lots of sugar and crap in milk nowadays.

    That diet sucks if you want to gain weight you need to keep track of everything you eat.Go to the diet section post your diet with macros they will help.

    u must also remember since u have already gained 10lbs ur caloric requirements have increased.. so everytime u gain weight u must continually eat more if u want to continue to grow
