3. I've gathered that ec stimulates multiple receptors, including beta 2, but clen hits beta 2 only. Ive read also that 2 on clen, 2 off is typical and using ec between is ok, if this is tge case w receptors, wouldn't I need keto regardless and may as well run clen w keto for a longer time
Clen is optimally used on a continuous basis, not 2wks on 2wks off. However, should you choose the two week method, no, it is not permissible to use Ephedra when off, that would be tantamount to not stopping. The two week method pre-supposes that after two weeks of Clen usage your receptors need an additional two weeks to refresh (not true), and using Ephedra (which as you pointed out also works at the receptor level) would negate your Clen off time.
As far as dose, I'm a pretty cautious person so to start im gonna do 20mcg and increase by 20mcg ed and just not push it on my first cycle. Start with 20 mcg and increase daily by that amount til you reach your plateau dosage...optimally between 120-160 mcg.
