was wondering if it would be worth throwing in some deca at 250mg a week purelly to help joint and possibly a little extra gains ????
goal add about 12lbs lean muscle and keeping b,f low

reason for 8 week only is i may be going away for a 2 week holiday but obv if i dont i will run it for the full 10 weeks
what you think of cycle idea ?? and would the deca be a good idea as i know winny can be harsh on the joints.

8 weeks will provide results, but I would personally prefer to run sustanon at a minimum of 10 weeks due to the high percentage of long esters in the blend. The same goes for deca, due to its long ester, unless you can get some Nandrolone Phenylpropionate, which is the same compound with a much shorter ester attached.

This is not a well planned cycle.

Here is how I would adjust it:

sustanon 1-12 weeks 500mg ew (Monday-Thursday injections)
winstrol 4-12 weeks 100mg eod (or 50mg ED)
arimidex 1-12 weeks .25mg eod

... and here is why:

1. You will not achieve desired results in 8 weeks with Sust.

2. 100mg ED of Winstrol can easily destroy your joints, especially when you are new to Winstrol and already taking an AI ED. Ask experienced users in the forum who have injected with 100mg ED Winstrol how it felt on their joints, they will be more than glad to share their painful experiences with you.

3. I would never take an AI even with moderate strength ED if there is 100mg Winstrol ED involved throughout the cycle, look at what I just typed above.

Have you sorted out your PCT?

PCT start time is tricky with Sust. Ask dumbtoad, he seems to know a lot about it

i just cant face going through the eod injection as ive done prop before, never tried sust so thought id give it a go and yes i probally will run for 10 weeks

Are you for real??? So why did you add Winstrol 100mg ED injections for 8 weeks straight in your cycle?

The words enanthate and frontloading in the same sentence is a contradiction. No, it would be pointless. You need to frontload with something that offers full absorption and fast. Test suspension, test propionate, Anadrol or Dianobol are your best choices, though there are certainly many others.

At the end of the 8 weeks your hdl will be 1 and your liver functions will be completely annihilated. Nothing is worth that.

if you are going to take sust you have to be shooting eod anyway. If pinning bothers you then you should either not do it or just run long acting test and shoot twice a week
