Sust in the Delts? Whole shot, one shoulder?

Hey fellas,
I help my buddy shoot his Deca & Sust in the Glutes and quads, however I have never attempted a Delt shot yet. For a hole Sust 250 amp, should the entire shot be administered in one delt? Then the next shot the other delt? Or is it okay to shoot half the shot in one delt, pull out the pin, then shoot the other half in the other delt with the same pin? One more question :-) how many cc's can a delt shot handle?

p.s. This is for my 6'8" buddy that I posted about a couple weeks ago. He's a week and a half into the cycle and has gained 6 pounds. A little bit of bloat, but his skinny ass looks much healthier!

A whole cc wouldn't hurt. Wouldn't suggest more than 2 though.

I used a 25 g 5/8" (or maybe 1"), but loaded the syringe with a 21 g.

I remember the earlier post. No problem on the delt shot. I do a 1cc in mine with no problem.

I do 1.5cc's with no problem... although I also did a 2.5cc which hurt like a MOFO! Wow was I in pain.

if youre gonna split up the shots,,, CHANGE THE PIN! please dont ever re-use a needle for any reason. theyre cheap and theres no reason to risk infection.

i like to throw sust in my tris you get a wicked pump look and it hurts less than a delt shot for me

Dont reuse needles. No reason to take the risk.

I did my first delt shot this week. 2cc's (testE and EQ mix). No problems.

i shot my left delt yesterday with the same mix as hybrid...feeling slightly sore today but i always get that since i don't have anyone to poke me
