first time user.. advice?
Im about to start my first cycle ever. i eat alot drink alot of water go to the gym and all that, i have test and anadrol . is that a good stack? my guy told me to take one mil or(250mg)every 3 days and an anadrol ED. ive also heard of this stuff called clomid and arimidex on the forums and just want everyones opinion on it. the guy i know who uses says i dont need it, but id rather be safe than sorry. any tips or suggestions would be appreciated. thanks!

Should lust your stats as well. Age weight height years training. You will get more info that way

what are your stats?
yes you need clomid and a-dex. i would also get nolva.
how long are you planning on running the test and anadrol ?If people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong

I'm 21, 5'10" and 125 lbs. I've been going to the gym on and off for about 3 years. I've been sticking to this plan m,w,f for about 5 months. Also, where could I find the clomid and a-dex?

And the guy is one of my friends who's been doing them for 3 years. I also have been researching it some I just thought you guys could help out a bit

at 21 you should not be using steroids . Your going to damage your hpta
and at 5'10 and 125 you can grow tons more naturally with a proper diet. I dont even know how you can be that light. If you dont learn how to eat more steroids wont help anyway
post what you eat for a dayIf people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong

Wow, 125 @ 5'10" < that is very low. I was 145 when I was 19. I got up to 185 and now I look back and the difference is huge.
Being 21 and that light I would concentrate on a solid diet and a heavy weight workout.

Yea I figured someone would say I was too young. I already have the stuff so I can't go back now. I don't even know what a Hpta is lol. But yea I know I'm really skinny. I don't have a set diet but it's usually something like eggs bacon sausage and toast, power bar after breakfast, tuna or meat for lunch with nuts or something like that, and dinner carts from pasta, meats potatos vegetables etc. Then mass xxx before bed.

I don't wanna hear about how skinny or yougn I am or how I shouldn't do it, I just want to confirm how much to take and what else to take with it. If I wanted a response like you guys I would have asked my mother lol

Yes I realize. My doctor told me I have an almost super human metabolism. So I pretty much need to eat until I feel like dying to gain anything

Unfortunately, if you haven't developed a diet and workout regimen that has allowed you to surpass your weight at your height, what you're going to find is that after you have finished your cycle, you are going to lose every single pound that you gained. I can tell that you're going to do it anyway, but in a few months remember that this was said, and realize that your diet is the single most important factor to gaining and maintaining muscle. Doing steroids is a temporary boost and completely in vain if not accompanied with a strict diet. You really need to start spending time in our Nutrition section and less here, because that is where you're going to learn how to gain muscle. At any rate, if your friend has been taking test and Anadrol for 3 years, knows nothing of aromatase inhibitors or post-cycle therapy, he is reckless, uneducated, foolish, and giving you the worst kind of advice. He has no idea what he's doing to his body and when it catches up with him, he'll regret ever having used steroids, so be very careful how much merit you put in to that guy's advice. You've at least made a positive move by coming here to seek information, and that puts you a big step ahead of him.
Also, you don't need to eat until you feel like dying, and regardless of having a metabolism on the high end, you can still gain quality muscle by dieting correctly with or without steroids. Go ahead and get it in your head that you need to eat no less than 6 meals a day, which is the standard, and for your case 8 would probably be preferred (which sometimes I do myself). You need to develop a craving for chicken breast, lean beef, potatoes, rice, and a lot of vegetables. McDonalds won't do much of anything for your gains.

hell you are to skinny and if you can gain anything naturally then what makes you think steroids will work
hell you weight the same as my wifeIf people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong

lmao 5'10 125lbs? dammmm im 26 5'7 170lbs. gained 20 lbs in 2yrs natural. jus started juice.. eat sum fuking food, hold off on the juice!

I'm surprised some one hasn't mentioned it, but the only place you should spend your time is at the grocery store. In literally there 2x a week maybe you should go 5-6 x a week... Just saying
