Ok I'll start with my stats first I'm 32 yr old male 5'7" and weigh 73kg-75kg at aroun 10-12 % body fat. Im from Australia I have been working out fairly regularly for 12 and now am a qualified PT, I use to play sports when I was younger but really got into my weights and gym at aroun 24yrs old at my biggest weighed aroun 82-85 kg but with aroun 18-20% body fat. I currently do mma training twice a week and train
On either a 3 or 4 day split currently using the prrs / Fdfs training.
I'm getting older an realise my opportunity to reach my goal is slowly dwindling and want to start using a hgh/ steroid to finally achieve my goal of gaining at least another 7-10 kg of lean muscle at under 10% body fat. So where do I start what is the best to use for a beginner? Is it legal to buy from a recommended site and send to my self for personal use ? How do I change my diet and or program accordingly ?
