Injection sight problem advice plz

So on my third cycle of deca 250 twice a week and andropen 275 twice a week. I inject my quads. My last injection of left thigh has swelled up almost an inch. And its hard without any color difference in skin. Any ideas what i did wrong or can it be infection anything to worry about. While injecting i did hit a nerve n my muscle twitched so i took it out and injecting about half inch higher. Any advice will be appreciated.

Could be a cyst. Is it hot/warm to the touch? If it's warm it's an infection.

It does feel a lil warm and it happened few hours after injection. Can that still be a cyst?

I got one of those when I was on my Test/Tren cycle. My wife made a comment that my hip muscles were getting huge! It goes away. If it's an infection you have to deal with it.

I used to have this same problem when doing quads. I tend to stay away from them these days. If its warm, swollen and red, most definitely a infection. A good way to monitor this is to take a sharpy marker and outline the area. If it spreads beyond that area you know its not going away and some keflex is needed(antibiotics) I always keep some on hand.

I get stuff like this all the time..... Both my tri's have it right now and my delts had it earlier in the week. It all depends on where I get the gear, the oil they use, and how much solvent they used to make it. It swells up a little like it's irritated, sometimes its warm, but it never gets red.
