    P-mag. Cycle help

    After researching many pro hormones I feel p-mag be best for me as be my 1st cycle but when read people's cycles i just can't seem work out how to run it I'm ( thick I think is the word lol )

    I was going try 6 week cycle 50/50/75/75/75/75

    What would I need take during cycle heard things like milk Thisle etc and what pct would I need sorry about all questions 1st cycle wanna make it count

    You may want to post, your age stats and training history and diet if you require help. Prohormones are never a good option, I have done a fair few in the past and regret it, in many ways they can have more sides than actual aas

    21 years old.
    Lifting for around 3 and half years happy with results from creatine etc but wanna try something new

    11stone in weight don't know body fat but I'm defiantly not over weight lol

    How tall are you? Because 11 stone is fairly light for the average height (no hate).

    I just don't want to recommend anything if you can get a lot more gains naturally

    5ft 8 and if I'm to young can any 1 give me really good advice on bulking I'd love to be least 14 15 stone lol. Just feels I'm stuck now help!!!!

    go over daily calories, buy a big bag of oats, big bag of brown rice and big bag of lean chicken breast as well as obviously having a powder protien source. go for at least 3000 calories (look up your recommended daily calore intake and go for 500 surplus. get your carbs in 240 to 300 low gly***ic index

    im by NO means a 'pro' but i definately know thats good place to start, then look at simple workout schedules/exercises with compound exercises a plenty, it worked for me.

    12 to 13 stone 9 in three and bit months

    oh forgot, d aspartic acid is what i use for natural testosterone production, cheap to, dont buy anything else, iv wasted so much money on rediculouse stuff at gnc/online, not worth it
