    Clen

    Been considering trying clen again, any advice what to run with it? I didn't take anything when I tried it out for 2 weeks in Thailand.

    5'7 140lbs already run like crazy, obviously not a body builder lol and quite hairy

    Also open to any constructive criticism, comments and advice

    just cut naturally. you have to have some good mass in order to even think about using clen

    The best constructive criticism I can give you is.....for god sake shave!!!
    And as far as clen use, nah mate get your diet sorted and focus on gaining some muscle

    Can't gain I fight at 130-140 and just want to stay cuttttt

    how do you not know what weight you fight at? 130-140 isn't a weight class

    He can fight in between thos weights. People jump up and down weight classes all the time.

    Im usually fighting at 140 because every north American is so big lol but in Thailand it's better for me to be 130-135 range. That's not one category you knob lol

    you could use it on to cut down 7-8 and possibly bulk back up so you end up at 130-135 with a high muscle mass. you are already lean tho
