3rd Cycle Input?
Have all ways been a deep reader of this site, but never thought the need to post as I found most of my answers however this time I am just looking for some feed back / thoughts.
Goal
Additional size/bulk (nothing HUUGE as other wise I would be looking at other products) and all around, fuller more defined shape.
Cycle History
1st : Test C at 400mgs p/w - Good Results, no sides, followed PCT
2nd : Test C at 600mgs p/w - Great Results, no real sides bit of extra hair, followed PCT
Current Stats
Age : 27
Height : 172cm
Weight : 80kg
BF % : 14%
Body Type : Mesomorph / Endomorph, more Meso than Endo I would say.
Training : 9 Years or so very regular, some years more intense than others
Brief History
I have been off for the gym for 1.5 month on a ski trip to the Canada , took this as escuse to have some off time from my steady gym routine that i have been maintaing for while.
I Normally maintain 10-12 % BF and 88kg with minor dieting but this holiday involved a lot of rich eating and drinking and due to the lack of gym I have actually lost muscle mass as I compared it to a DEXA scan taken shortly before the holiday and one on return.
My immediate goal's before beginning will be to get back my gym stamina/strength BF% and weight back to pre holiday levels before starting a cycle.
Upcoming Cycle, Thought
- Week 1 - 8, Tren A at 75mgs E.O.D (If no sides might take it to 100mg E.O.D)
- Week 1 - 12, Test C at 500mgs a week, split up over 2x250mgs
- Week 1 - 12, Follow On-cycle Estro Management Plan
- Week 15 - 19, Begin P.C.T see below.
On Cycle Estro Management Plan
Liquid Dex at 0.25mg E.O.D, increase if needed.
P.C.T Plan
Clomid - 100mg/100mg/50mg/50mg - E.D
Nolva - 40mg/40mg/20mg/20mg - E.D
Continue with Dex at .25mg E.O.D
Upcoming Diet & Supps
Here is the diet plan,
Meal 1:
8x egg whites, cooked with grass-fed butter, scoop of whey protein , 1 cup oatmeal
Workout
Meal 2: Post workout
Hydro Whey Protein with MCT Oil & Dextrose or swap with some fruit
Meal 3:
Grass fed steak, More Grass-fed butter and veggies
Meal 4:
free range chicken breast with Brown Rice
Meal 5:
Tuna, 1 Tbsp Full Fat Mayonnaise, Veggies
Workout
Meal 6: Post workout
Hydro Whey Protein & Dextrose or swap with Some Fruit Apples etc.
Meal 6:
Free range chicken breast with brown rice
Meal 7:
Lean Protein of choice, 2 Tbsp Natural Peanut Butter
Meal 8:
3 Scoops of casein protein , 1.5 Tbsp. Flax Seed Oil
Approx.
420 grams protein , 270 grams Carbs, and 83 grams of fat. This is roughly 3500 calories

Well, it seems like you know what you are doing, certainly more than most about-to-cycle members in the forum for sure
Since you are asking for thoughts, here is what I think in a nutshell:
1. Why stop the Tren A at week 8? (I am sure there is a particular reason for this.)
2. Do you think you will really need to continue with Arimidex 0.25mg EOD during your PCT along with Nolvadex ? Are you preferring this method because do you think you are very gyno prone?
3. Are you aware that you will most certainly experience testicular shrinkage at some point during this cycle and this will make your PCT period overall harder and your HTPA longer to recover? Why not conduct HCG Prengly injections at x2 a week starting from week 2?

I can understand continuing with Arimidex until the Nolvadex has gone into affect, but once that has occurred you really should discontinue the Arimidex all together so that should an estrogen rebound occur from stopping the Arimidex, the Nolvadex will prevent it from interacting with the estro receptors until that rebound has ceased. Otherwise when you stop taking Nolvadex and Arimidex all at once, you'll probably be in for a hormonal roller coaster ride.

Looks good to me. And since this is your first run w/tren i think 8 weeks is sufficient and a good decision.

When you are asking how long does it take to start working is this for treating gyno or just strictly for pct.
I cant find any thing on working times for PCT but found this for Clomid might be similar ?
Clomid usage and dosage
A dose of 50 to 100 mgs/day, or 1 to 2 tablets, is a sufficient dose of Clomid to see results. Clomid can be taken for up to year, although it only takes 10 to 14 days to increase the endogenous testosterone production.

I was basing my PCT from Pheedno's PCT guide, I'll admit dex is a new compound to me for PCT's as I havent used it in the past but I was lead to believe it's a good idea to run it during cycle on Tren , and with Pheedno's PCT during that.
I'll get some HCG as well to go with this just to keep the nads happy.

Every thing is here but will wait for the end of the month to reach back to my target weight / bf% currently 82kg/13% bf.
Before I start I will get my full stats taken including measurements to chart the progress.
