Can't decide on a cycle.
Hey everyone!
I am new here and want to start by saying, I have worked out for about 2 years now, although the last 6 months I slacked and just did not care and ended up putting on 50lbs of fat and am now disgusted to look at myself in the mirror.
I am having trouble trying to figure out the right cycle/after cycle and amounts that I should be using. I am not interested in slimming down / cutting right now, just want to add on muscle to what I have. I am asking for help because I do not want to try and figure this all out on my own, and end up hurting my body because I did it wrong. This will be my first cycle ever too.
Current Goal: add lots of muscle by summer time, again I do not overly care about slimming/cutting
Stats:
Male
19
6'3
30% BF (I know this is sad =()
250lbs
I really appreciate help/advice!

Where to start.....
1) too young
2) diet is obviously poor
3) bf too high to even consider a cycle
4) no point cycling for 12 weeks if your going to slack off again
Your diet is a major factor in muscle gain.
What do you currently eat

Welcome. At 19 you could do irreversible damage to your endocrine system. This is something you need to research. Getting your diet in line is the best thing you can do for yourself right now. Head over to the Nutrition Section and they'll help you get one dialed in.
Good Luck.

Okay, thanks for advice, I wanted to post howcome I slacked off but it said I can't use certain words, The reason that I ended up slacking off and gaining weight was due to a m3dication I was put on for a tremor, it caused me to become lazy and gain weight, this was the only reason I stopped working out and slacked off. 6 months ago I was 200 lbs and closer to 19-20% BF, I completely quit the m3d's due to this and have been getting back into working out a lot again and losing weight, ive lost 10 pounds in the last month.
As for my diet, it is NOT poor, I was told by my doctor that this is a side effect in almost everyone, regaurdless of diet. every day I consume about 2600 calories, I 4-5 meals a day, protein shake after work-outs. I eat lots of lean meats, fish, veggies, patatoes for dinner, snacks are healthy through the day (trail mix's, fruits etc). I refuse to eat fast foods, since it was the way I was raised, so I only eat home cooked meals, (Subway is an exception the odd time).

splak, you are still way too young to get into roids man.
it seems like you have pretty good genetics and i just don't see why you would want to mess around with AAS at such a young age when your natural hormones have not even peaked yet. your body is still producing plenty of anabolic hormones, hence allowing you to lift heavy, regenerate between sessions fast enough and grow. i have pretty crappy genetics but i grew like weed when i was training at around your age, i wish i always had that type of regeneration levels so that i would never have to mess around with AAS.
here is an advice from an older and more experienced person: do not waste your money and risk your health by investing on roids yet, the best you can do for yourself is to get a PT who knows how to motivate and train you, trust me, you will be in better shape than you can imagine by the time you are 22 years old.
patience man, patience.
