    I'm going to run a cycle of clen soon. Have been reading a lot about the best way to take it but I can't decide whether to do the 2 weeks on 2 weeks off or use keto. Would I get similar results either way?

    Bump as i am planning the same, and wondering how to dose it up and down and what would be the best method?

    Im doing right now
    1st w: 50mg ed
    2-5 : 100mg
    5-8 : 50mg

    With 3g of taurine ed
    And WATER!!

    I'm assuming you mean mcg not mg? And as for keto how are you dosing it

    Yes mcg, i don't have keto, and cant find it in canada

    Everyone will be different, mine have been mild up to 120mcg, I'm ok up to 100mch but the jump to 120mcg I get real shaky when trying intricate tasks with my hands and feel a little anxious..

    There are a thousand threads including a great FAQ on this site that have more info than you could ever want. Do a search - it is usually faster than waiting for someone to answer a clen thread. There are probably four active threads just like this one in the first few pages and people get tired of answering.

    Having said that, everyone has wildly different sides so getting feedback from others in no way lets you know what you will experience. Some people take 60mcg and think they are going to die. I take 140mcg from start to finish with no ramping and only get slight shakes the first day or two.

    Just start with 40mcg and see how you feel. If you feel ok, then go up to 60mcg or 80mcg the next day. You will know when you hit a dose that you don't want to go beyond.

    Thanks for the posts guys all the info is helpful. The more the better right? And i don't mind the jitteryness from stims so hopefully I won't mind these

    Don't go over 140mcg. Drink lots of water. Take 3 grams of Taurine a day. If you are going to combine with Keto, start taking it soon. Don't wait until you are at the two week point and then start taking it. Take the Keto at night, because it makes some folks sleeeeepy.

    Bro i searched everywhere, but cant find anything! Can you tell me why keto is so important after 2weeks? Ehat does it do?
    (i have friends that had run it for 8weeks without it and worked fine)

    Should start the keto day 1 or maybe the beginning of week 2?
