    splitting anavar capsules

    Hey everyone,
    I just recieved my anavar and its in 10mg capsules, however i only want to take 5mg in the AM and 5mg in the PM...So my question is how do i split it. I've read that i can open the capsule and split the powder which is fine but then do i just put the powder in a glass of water and take it that way or take just straight powder??? Thats what im stuck on, any feedback would be awesome.

    Yep, mix the powder in water and drink it down. Just make sure you get all of it. That stuff's too expensive.
