    First cycle

I've been a steady 210 pounds for a few months now. looking for a boost to get me over this peak. I have done a lot of research on gear, and want to give it a try

    3+ years of weight lifting
    weight:210 Height 5'10"
    roughly 12% body fat
    workout 5 days a week

    Diet looks like the following-
Breakfast-5 egg whites, 3 oz ham, hash browns, 12oz orange juice
Snack-Protein shake, peanut butter & jelly sandwich
Lunch-Double turkey burger, 8oz whole milk, fruit, cottage cheese
    Snack-Sardines, peanut butter & jelly
Pre workout-Protein shake, banana, power bar
    Dinner-Chicken breast fillet, fresh broccoli
    Before bed-Protein shake

I have 20ml of sustanon 250 and 10ml of deca 300 and novaldex for pct
I was thinking of running it something like this.
Sust 500mg/week and deca 300mg/week for 10 weeks
Would that be a waste of deca? and if i just took the sust for 10 weeks would i see good results?

    Any input is appreciated. thanks!

You're not 23, you're 18. Cycling under the age of 25 significantly increases the risk of doing potentially irreversible damage to your undeveloped Endocrine & HPTA.

Congratulations...................you're the 10,000,000th person to make that EXACT same claim. I'm not gonna argue this with you though, 18.........23......either way, you're too young. If you would like some help with a better diet & / or training regime to help you reach your goals naturally, we can help with that.

if those are your true stats, then you seem to be doing damn good for 18. keep going naturally so you really can appreciate AAS when the time comes. most guys here cycle to reach your stats. where do you want to be goal wise? do you think that your high school coach or your mother might get worried when your 230lbs/ 10%bf in 3 months? unless thats not an issue for you...

i can assure you, he is NOT 5'10 and 210 lbs. he is obviously 18 years old and just making up his stats so that people here would help him, as well as lying about his age

It's just as easy to type in 23 as it is 18. You need to exercise and take advantage of the natural hormones you have right now coupled w/a good diet and hard training. That will take you a lot farther right now.
