    shift workers

I am on my 1st cycle of AAS and I am finding it really hard working shift. (factory) (2days, 3 nights, 2 nights 3 days)
    sorry
    37 5'8 210lbs 18% bf. ( I know my bf% is a little high. I am not fat, pretty solid actually.
10 week cycle test E.250 one pin per week. ( I was going to use winny tabs too but took the advice for others reading in here. do the test only (highly educated peeps in here)
diet is good could be better but midnights at work are tough.
I do have a bottle of clomid which i will use after the 10th week.
and another factor I have a VERY BUSY 2 year old son. I realize I have a busy schedule but I am up to the challenge

soory my question is; are there any shiftworkers that can get me on a strategy diet/gym/cycle/work/kids???
    thanks in adavnce for replys..

When i worked nights i always hit the gym before work. I had energy going into work and was tired enough after to hit the sack when i got home. And i feel for you concerning the kids cause i have 5. 4 of them girls. And since we can't get rid of them, we just have to deal w/them as best we can. Sorry, but that's as good as i can do on that one.

Regarding your cycle: Consider running it for 12 weeks and pin twice a week or every 3.5 days. And you should get some nolva to go w/that clomid for a proper PCT.

Check out the Nutrition Section for diet info. Feel free to post your diet there for them to review/critique.

    Good Luck

Biggest simple diet tip I can give is:

Prepare your meals for the week an put them in tupperware. Being busy you don't have time to cook each meal, plus it's a pain in the ass cooking every few hrs. I cook my meals every sunday n for the rest of the week I can grab a few tupperwares n head to work. Takes little time and I can carefully control what I eat.

It makes a good diet 100 times easier than always scrambling to find something healthy to eat.

I would pre cook all your meals and carry a cooler with you
to help you get the most of your nutrition and gains.

How many days will the cooked food keep in the fridge? Got to be sealed tight i guess? And reheat them just before eating?
