Biting the bullet amd starting my cycle.

Everyone on this forum advises that someone be at least 25 to start their cycle. I'm going to go ahead and start mine ... Life is short and I'm tired of waiting, I could die in a car wreck or some shit in a month or so. Shit happens lol. Iv been training since I was 15, I am now 23. Stats 175-80 lbs 5 8 and 6-7% bf. I'm going to run test prop 75-100mg EOD for six weeks and pct with Nolva I also have letro and armidex on hand.

Eating 190 grams protein a day. Eating carbs only on morning/ 90 before workout and immediately post workout. I like having a low bf so I cut carbs off 2-3 hours off lifting. I don't really count carbs. And my fats come from nuts. I don't eat bread and haven't had bread or soda in about a year or two. I also don't take cheat days. My protein comes from egg whites, grilled chicken, fish ( especially Tuna ) I hardly eat any red meat. Also I drink whey immediately after waking followed by oatmeal. And I take liver tabs with every meal. Stopped taking creatine due to the water weight I was getting from it

190g protein is WAY TOO LOW for your body weight if you are looking to grow

    what is your macro split? (%carbs/%protein/%fat) and (g carbs/ g protein/ g fat)
do you know what your BMR is? your TDEE? are you eating above maintenance?

sounds like you have some room for improvement in your nutrition... carbs are important for growth and it looks like you may need to increase them along with the protein

you could probably benefit from these videos-----> click here

take some time to be sure your diet is in order....otherwise you will have nothing to show for your efforts

also here is a sample 3000kcal diet that you may find helpful ----> click here

The reason it's so low right now is because I'm currently cutting

fair enough.... but even for a cut that is pretty low.... you should be able to almost entirely modify your caloric intake via your carbs while keeping your protein high

at your body weight you should be aiming at taking in at least 300g protein a day.

look.... at very least... why don't you take a look at those videos and see if they have anything to offer.... that way you will get the most out of everything
