How much test e do i use in first cycle

Was wanting info on how much test e to use and if I only take it one a week. I've searched through forums and get different advice plus this is my first cycle, the test is 300mg/ml

gonna b a tuffie...once a week? y r u only pinning once a week? standard is arnd 500 mgs. usually broken into 2 pins. some do more. some do less. im only doing 400 mg a week.

I suggest 1 shot of 300mg every 5 days for your first cycle.
