    Test E. 10 weeks vs 12 weeks

Hey guys I started my cycle with 500mg of test e a week but wasnt making very good gains. Around week 7 I jumped up to 750ml a week and have seen some very nice gains. I was orignially going to run this cycle for 10 weeks but I feel like this cycle got kind of a late start so im considering going to 12 weeks. I have read that the longer your on the harder it is to recover and you run more of a risk for permanent damage. What do you guys think? I will take being on the safe side over more gains any day so if it is safer to stop at 10 weeks I will.

I think many will agree that a 12 wk cycle is optimal.

On another note, I'm sure your gains did increase going from 500mg per wk to 750ML Haha

2 weeks won't make too much difference, see where you're at by week 10 then decide from there.

I did 12weeks for my first cycle on Test E. You didnt see any improvements at all on 500cc's? Thats nuts, I only did 400cc's for 12weeks and thought it was great. Whats your diet like? Workout plan?

i probably say this more than i should but if you're looking for gains you need more food/calories. eat big='s get big (off and especially on gear) no need for the ml dosage to go up. you're just wasting your gear and putting yourself at higher risk for sides and making your receptors need more each time you cycle...

If you're still making gains, your joints feel ok and you feel generally good there's no reason to cut your cycle short. If you're feeling beat up, sore and run down you may want to take a break to heal up. It's left up to you whether to go 10, 12 or whatever weeks. There's no real set cycle length.
