21 or 22 is still a bit young, you should seriously consider waiting until you're 25. It sucked but I waited it out. I'm 25 and second week of my first cycle. In good conscience I can't give any advice on the dbol and I'm sure I'm not the only one, but if you have made up your mind and refuse to wait it out please consider adding clomid to your pct. Run clomid and nolva together since they go real well together

As said you're too young. Learn how to eat first. Learn to hit your calorie intake for appropriate goals by hitting your nacronutrients. It's not about the food you eat, but the calories, carbs, fats and proteins that make up the food you eat

I don't think your diet is bad at all. What do you guys want from him? He you read it or is it just that he is 145lbs? I read the diet and then saw your just 145lbs. Even at your height that is light. How long have you been eating like that? How long have you been training?

Farid you do not have to cycle AAS to make progress. I know you have heard that you are too young and that is the truth. You will damage your body by using AAS at your age. You have plenty of time to research and do it right in a few years. Like everyone has said spend some time in the nutrition and workout sections. Learn to eat and train correctly. I even recommend you spend some time in the HRT section to see what some others are going through because of trying AAS at a young age. Educate yourself and you will way ahead in a few years.

I don't think his diet is bad at all, but I was trying to point out that its not the food you eat, its the nutritional.value of the food. It does like he lacks fats and depending on portion sizes, he nay bot be getting ckose to the calories or protein needed to gain weight.
I know op is looking to get bigger, but I hear so often " I eat so clean but don't lose weight". Well until you're monitoring and weiguing out food going in your mouth, you really are giving a lot of lee way as far as caloruc intake. Eat all tge clean food you want, but if you're eating at or above maintenance, you'll gain weight, eat less it at maintenance and you'll stay the same or lose weight

Well let me start off by saying you could easily put on 15lbs naturally by tweaking the diet. You have the hardest part down and that is eating right.
Are you a little young, yes. If you take something responsibly and cycle through, are you going to hurt yourself , maybe. Are you doing better than most people who decide to juice, by far.
I know 100 people who started their cycles at your age and only one of them is on HRT and that's because he stayed on for years straight at a gram+ a week.
30 mg dbol is enough your first cycle to show great gains.
But I really think you need to add some calories into your diet and give it another 6 months or your just short changing yourself.

If you have plateaud at 145 ibs your diet will need changing simple as that, if its to hard for you to eat so much food theres only 1 option= drink it, grind up oats and use them as your carb source drop the weightgainers, the main ingredient in weightgainers is dextrose because its cheap, it will spike insulin which makes you store fat and will digest too fast for someone with your metabolism, that 5 ibs you lose when you stop weightgainer is water and fat, im ecto aswell, carbs are the main obstacle for you. i wouldnt be where i am without my oat grinder

if you got to eat till you puke just to maintain this weight, maybe you should get some basic bloodwork done first, just to make sure you don't have diabetes or hyperthyroidism or some other hormone deficiency. just a thought.
and maybe forget the whey and just stick to weight gainer blended with full cream milk

I was a hardgainer too for a long time until I trained myself how to eat. You're drinking way too many shakes. If I drank that many, I'd puke every day. Those shakes aren't really meal repla***ents, your body still needs real food. Do you grill ever? or have a rotissary? I'm telling you some chicken breast (with the fvcking skin), steak, tuna or salmon steaks on the grill or roasted to perfection is some good eating. What kind of potatoes do you eat? Baked?
Trust me on this, you know that "set it and forget it" rotissary? it's worth the price of it.
