what were you ill with? have you been treated and recovered? most times, your weight will return to previous level if your body has fully recovered from previous illness.
Stress and depression mate had hard time lately
getting any treatment? feeling better? how long ago when it first started? how long have you been feeling back to normal? (roids may not be a good idea if you're still stressed or depressed.)
No feeling better now just eating loads and drinking loads but only thing getting me down is the size and shape i lost so once i see that back on i will be sorted
